NJENDU VATTICHATH (Crab Masala)

Crab - 1kg Roasted masala - 2tsp coriander powder + 1tsp chilly powder + 1/4tsp turmeric powder roasted for 2 minutes in low flame. Onion - 3 Tomato - 1 Green chilly - 2 Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp Curry leaves Coriander leaves Coconut oil Salt
Steps
* Sauté onion, tomato, green chilly and ginger garlic paste in coconut oil.
* Add 1 1/4 glass of water and the roasted masalas and salt. Let it boil.
* Mix in the cleaned crab and let it cook with closed lid until all the water drains. Open the lid and stir at intervals.
* Once the water is drained enough, mix in the curry leaves and coriander leaves.
P.S - You can adjust the quantity of masalas to your taste.
