WHITE SAUCE CHICKEN PASTA

Serves - 2 to 3

Pasta - 1 cup
Oil - 1tsp
Water - as required
Chicken(Optional) : -
Chicken - 2 Nos, Boneless
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Garlic - 5 cloves, finely chopped Capsicum - 1/4 pc, chopped
Onion - 1/4 pc, chopped (Optional)
Chicken - 2 Nos Chilli flakes - 1.5 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 to 3/4 tsp Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Parsley - 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil - 2 tsp Salt - to taste Water - as Required
White Sauce:- Butter - 4 tbsp Boiled milk - 2 cups All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese - 2tsp, Grated
Steps
* Marinate the chicken in pepper powder and salt. Cook it in 2tbsp of water until all the water drains off. To the same pan, add 2tsp Oil and Shallow fry the chicken until done. Cut the fried chicken into small cubes. Keep it aside.
* Boil water with 1 tsp oil and salt. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 5-10 minutes in medium flame until the pasta is done. Drain and keep it aside.
White Sauce:-
* Heat 3 tbsp butter in a bottom thick pan and add flour. Roast well for a few minutes untill the raw smell goes off.
* Add milk, and stir well using a whisk to get a sauce with medium thick consistency. Finally add parmesan cheese and take it from flame.
* Heat Olive oil in a pan. Saute garlic, capsicum and Onion in it.
* Add chilli flakes, pepper powder, Chicken cubes and salt to taste.
* Mix in the Prepared White Sauce and stir well for a couple of minutes in low flame.
* Finally add the cooked pasta, oregano and parsley. Mix well.
* Serve it Hot!!
