CHICKEN KALI MIRCH

Chicken - 400g Onion - 2 Green chilly - 2 Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp Crushed black pepper corns- 1tsp Butter -2tbsp Oil Coriander powder - 1/4tsp Cumin powder - 1/2tsp Pepper powder-1/4tsp Garam masala-1/4tsp Salt Curry leaves Grated coconut - 2tbsp Coriander leaves-optional

Steps

* Heat 2 to 3tbsp oil and 1tbsp butter in a nonstick pan. Sauté ginger-garlic paste in it.

* Add onion and sauté for another 3 minutes. Mix in the cleaned chicken. (Don't add water)

* Once the colour of chicken changes to a fade white add 1tsp crushed peppercorns, green chilly and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 15 to 20 mints in low flame. Stir at intervals.

* Once the chicken gets well cooked, add the remaining ingredients and sauté well for 5 minutes.
