MORINGA ILA CURRY (DRUMSTICK LEAVES)

Moringa leaves (Drumstick Leaves) - 1 cups
Green chilly - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Oil
Water - 3/4 cups
Salt
Coconut Paste
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 pod
Chilly powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
Cumin seeds - a pinch
Steps
* Grind the coconut, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds with a little water as required to make a fine paste.
* Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds in it.
* Add curry leaves and green chilly and saute for a while.
* Mix in the cleaned moringa leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
* Add water and salt as required and let it boil.
* Mix in the ground coconut and simmer in low flame for another 2-3 minutes.
* It tastes best with patiry or ari dosa.
